Description:
 
Please arrive on time to help set up the shade canvas. Our table display will be set up under the shade canvas. It is a wooded venue, so it should be a nice area for our encampment. We expect to have room for four six- to eight-foot tables. They will supply the tables and chairs.

We will provide two fifteen minute presentations of the Viking Art of War, probably at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. We will give the presentation in front of our display.

Bring your blankets, furs, jewelry, textiles, looms, weaponry, armor, trade goods, tools and musical instruments to display.

We should be able to start packing up around 3:00 PM.
