Description:
We will be putting on a PowerPoint presentation on "The Viking Age in Denmark and how to connect with the Viking Age in Denmark - Today".

After lunch, I'd also like for us to practice a little combat and shield wall setup.

We will be setting up our table displays. DSC will provide two kitchen tables for the display and Bjornstad will provide any more needed and their own seating, if possible.

DSC will provide a screen and projector.

DSC Schedule

11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Tables will be set up under the Pavilion with replica artifacts, clothing, jewelry, weapons, period maps and more
12 noon - Raising of the flags.
12:15 pm - Member Meeting.
12:30 pm to 1:00 pm - The Vikings of Bjornstad will present a PowerPoint presentation under the Pavilion. This presentation will last about 30 minutes.
1:00 pm - Lunch will be ready.

!!! Lunch Discount: For Bjornstad members only, the discounted lunch price is $15. Bring check or cash to the event to give to Henrik. All others pay $30.00. !!!

The deadline for contacting Henrik for the lunch discount is Midnight, Saturday, Sept 28th !!!

Sandwich options:
- Sonoma Smoked Duck Panini Sandwich - served on Country Italian Panini roll with Dijon mayonnaise, caramelized onions, organic mixed greens and Gruyere cheese
- Portobello Mushroom Panini Sandwich - served on Country Italian Panini roll with roasted red bell peppers, Provolone and Pesto
- Salmon Club Sandwich - served on Multi Grain Bread with grilled salmon, bacon, lettuce, tomato and lemon aioli
- Black Forest Ham Sandwich - served on Multi Grain Bread with ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato and lemon aioli
Each sandwich choice comes with a side salad.
Kringle will be served for dessert.
