Description:
We've been invited to Aldersly’s Tivoli Festival. We will give a presentation for the visitors.

Parking: Parking is limited in their parking lot. They will assign two spots for The Vikings of Bjornstad. Arrange to carpool or be prepared to park a couple of blocks away. They will be sending our parking spot numbers as we get closer. If you need to unload lots of equipment, please use the Belle Ave. entrance and then park.

Green Room:We will get one empty apartment for us to dress in and to keep our stuff safe. They will be sending the assigned apartment number shortly.

They will have an assigned handler to alert us of the timeline. Lastly, they ask us all to arrive no later than 9 AM so they can show us where to drop our items and be ready for the doors to open by 10 AM.
