The event will be open to the public, and promises to be well-attended. There will be food - for sale. There may be an axe throwing contest. There are restrooms available. Carpool if possible.

Our table display will be set up in a large tent, along with others. Bring your tables and chairs/benches/stools. None will be provided. We should have room for the equivalent of three six-foot tables. I plan to bring my 5-footer.

We will provide a Viking Art of War, probably at 1:30 PM. It will be outside the tent, so we will need to provide some table watchers. (Sandra and Nancy will probably take care of that.) Sandra will do a presentation on the Viking age, music, as well as some storytelling.

We should be able to start tearing down our table displays at around 6:00 PM.
